- Self-service password reset
Prerequisite: You must have a personal email registered in CUSIS for receiving a one-time access code during the password reset process. This is normally automatically done during your admission.
- Submit a Password Reset Form
Staff Account
- Self-service password reset
Prerequisite: You must have a valid mobile phone number registered in CUPIS (Self Service > Personal Information > Phone Numbers) for receiving a one-time access code during the password reset process.

Department / Project / Student Organization Accounts
- Submit a Password Reset Form
For Department / Project accounts, account owner or coordinator may check the account's Login ID at CAAMS (View Your Account(s) / Application (s))
After Chaning Your Password
