Solution
- Download the CUHK Mobile Pass App.
App Store (iOS) / Google Play Store (Android)
- Launch the CUHK Mobile Pass App. Tap Visitor Profile in the bottom right corner, then tap Register with redeem code.
- Read the Data collection statement, then accept it by tapping Continue.
- Tap the QR code, then scan the Mobile Pass Redeem Code found in your invitation email.
- You will see a message 'Your visitor profile has been registered successfully'. Tap OK. Setup completed!
- When arriving campus, open CUHK Mobile Pass app, tap Show QR Code and present the QR code to the scanner at the entrance gate. Done!
