Connect to CUHK email using Mail app in macOS

Prerequisite (for Students and Staff)

For Students and Staff, you must have your account enrolled to 2-factor authentication (2FA) in order to access University email.  If you haven't done so, please visit the following links.

Solution

Steps:

1. Open Mail.
       請打開 Mail。
   
      
   
   
2. Click Microsoft Exchange. Then, click Continue.
       點選 Microsoft Exchange。然後，點選 Continue。
   
      
   
   
   
3. Enter your CUHK email address and Name. Then, click Sign In.
       請輸入你的大學電郵地址及名稱。然後，點選 Sign In。
   
        
    
4. Click Sign In to configure your account automatically.
       點選 Sign In 以使用自動設定。
   
      
             
5. Enter your CUHK email address and your OnePass password.
       請輸入你的大學電郵地址及 OnePass 密碼。
       
      
   
   
6. (For Students and Staff only) Verify your identity using 2FA: click Send Me a Push and respond to the DUO push message from your mobile phone.
       （只適用於學生和教職員）以雙重認証核實你的身份：點選 Send Me a Push，然後於你的手機回應 DUO 雙重認證訊息。
       
       
   
       
   
   
7.  Click Accept. 
        點選 Accept。
         
       
   
   
8.  Click Done. 
        點選 Done。
   
       
   
   
9. You should see your email now. 
       你現可查閱電郵。
   
        
       

I cannot receive a push message
我沒有收到推送信息

You can enter a passcode to verify your identity for 2FA.
