Prerequisite

A wi-fi hotspot password (NOT OnePass password) is needed to connect to eduroam / CSL / Y5ZONE networks.  Visit CUHK Wi-Fi Hotspot Partnership Programme to obtain one.

連接 eduroam、CSL 或 Y5ZONE 無線網路時需要使用 wi-fi hotspot 密碼（並非 OnePass 密碼）。首次使用前請先到 CUHK Wi-Fi Hotspot Partnership Programme 網站登記。  

 

Solution

Steps:

1. On your device, join Y5ZONE wi-fi network (Windows / Mac / iOS / Android).
       在你的裝置上，加入 Y5ZONE 無線網絡 (Windows / Mac / iOS / Android)。
   
       
   
   
2. You will be prompted to login Y5ZONE. Enter Computing-ID@cuhk.edu.hk as username and wi-fi hotspot password, and then click LOGIN. 
       按照畫面指示，輸入 Computing-ID@cuhk.edu.hk 為用戶名稱及 wi-fi hotspot 密碼 後，再點選登入。
   
      
   
   
3.  You are now connected to the Internet.
