The CUHK Mobile Pass allows staff and students to enter the campus using a QR code.  While the CU Link Card remains the official way to show one’s University identity, the CUHK Mobile Pass offers an alternative method to enter the campus when the CU Link Card is not on hand or has not yet been collected.

1. Students admitted on or after July 1, 2023.
2. All staff

Pre-requisite

You must have your DUO Mobile App (2FA) enrolled for your OnePass account.
Enroll to 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) and Register Your First Mobile Device

 

Solution

✅ For first time users and those who haven't used the app for a while, please sign in the app 3 hours before your arrival to ensure a smooth entrance experience.        首次使用，或已久未使用 CUHK Mobile Pass 的用戶，請在抵達前 3 小時登入應用程式，以確保能順利進入校園。

 

1. Download CUHK Mobile Pass App.   
       下載 CUHK Mobile Pass App。
   
           App Store (iOS) / Google Play Store (Android)
   
   
2. Launch the CUHK Mobile Pass App and tap the Login button.
       開啟 CUHK Mobile Pass App，然後點擊 Login。
   
       
   
   
3. Read the Data Collection Statement, then accept the terms by tapping Continue.
       詳細閱讀 Data Collection Statement 後，點選 Continue 以接受條款並繼續操作。
   
      
   
   
4. Use your University Email Address and OnePass password to sign in.
       使用你的 大學電郵地址 及 OnePass 密碼 登入。
   
      
   
   
5. After signed in, you will see a message 'The user profile is successfully added'.  Tap OK.  Setup completed!
       成功登入後，頁面會顯示「成功新增用戶配置」信息。點選 OK。設定完成！
   
       
   
   
6. When arrived the campus, open CUHK Mobile Pass app, tap Show QR Code and present the QR code to the scanner at the entrance gate.
       進入校園時，開啟 CUHK Mobile Pass app，點選 出示二維碼 並讓閘機掃瞄 QR Code。
