Pre-requisite

You must enroll 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) before using this service.
Enroll to 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) and Register Your First Mobile Device

 

Usage

1. Sign in CUHK Mobile App Store
2. Download and install CUHK Moible App on Android
   
   

Solution

A. Sign in CUHK Mobile App Store

1. Visit CUHK Mobile App Store website,
       瀏覽 CUHK Mobile App Store 網頁。
   
   
2. Tap Sign in
       點擊 登入
   
      
   
   
3. Input your University Email Address and OnePass password to sign in.
       輸入你的 大學電郵地址 及 OnePass 密碼 登入。
   
      
   
   
4. Once signed in, browse and download the apps you need.
       成功登入後，你可瀏覽並下載所需要的應用程式。
      
      
     

B. Download and install App from CUHK Mobile App Store on Android Device

1.  After signing in to the CUHK Mobile App Store, tap on the download link for the app you want to install on your device. 
        登入 CUHK Mobile App Store 後，點選你需要的 app 的下載鏈結。
   
      
   
   
2. When install file downloaded; click Open
       當完成下載安裝檔，點選 打開。
   
      
   
      
   
       Caution: Depends on your Android version and / or the way you launch the app installer, you may receive a warning message preventing you from installing the app. Follow the steps below to resolve the issue.
       注意：視乎你的 Android 版本及／或啟動安裝程序的方法，你或會見到如下警告訊息。若然，請照以下方法解決。
   
       Please click Settings
       請按 設定
   
      
   
       Turn on Allow from this source
       打開 允許此來源的應用程式，
   
      
   
       Launch the installer (.apk) again to install the app
       然後再打開安裝 (.apk) 檔繼續完成安裝。
   
   
3.  Click Install to proceed the installation.
        點選 安裝 進行安裝程序。
   
      
   
   
4. When the App successfully installed; click Open to open the App
       當完成安裝應用程式，點選 打開 開啓應用程式。
