(Student) How to login Blackboard?

- New students should make sure they have collected their Computing Account Information (CAI) Slip. (For more, please visit Staff / Student Account)

- To further enhance the protection of OnePass user accounts and passwords, two factor authentication (2FA) is being enabled gradually on Staff and Students applications.

- You are advised to check Browser Support before accessing Blackboard.

1. For CUHK users with valid Student ID, there are two ways to access Blackboard.

1.1. Direct Login: https://blackboard.cuhk.edu.hk

1.2. Via MyCUHK: https://portal.cuhk.edu.hk

3. For local accounts (i.e. usernames and passwords given by ITSC Blackboard Support Team):

Important: To completely log out Blackboard, remember to click “End SSO Session” after clicking “Sign Out”.

Note:

- Instructors and TA/Support Staff can control the availability of their Blackboard courses. If you would like to backup the contents from Blackboard, you are advised to do so before term-end.
